Bubble Bar Bonus: The Cuvée House Short-Term Rental

Sarah Quider celebrates purchasing the commercial space on North Street.
A new adventure awaits!

When I set out to find a spot to open the bubble bar with my sister, I never anticipated the opportunity for a downtown vacation rental property too. In fact, I was looking for a location to lease, but a better plan presented itself with 134 North Street becoming available for purchase. After a quick check on the Healdsburg zoning laws and ordinances to be sure I could open a tasting room at that location, I made an offer on the property that was accepted. What a bonus to have a residential unit attached in a commercially zoned location! I can hardly contain my excitement to get both businesses up and running.

Come for the Bubbles, Stay for the Luxury

Modern Parisian design awaits overnight guests.
The bay window floods the space with light.

The Bubble Bar is still several months out (be sure to subscribe for updates), but Cuvée House is available for nightly rentals beginning October 1st, sooner if the planets align. The interior was designed by Myra Hoefer Design and has the look and feel of a sophisticated, modern French flat, blending century-old bones with French-inspired design details, from the hardwood floors and the high ceilings’ intricate crown moulding to the mid-century light fixtures and VX-period upholstered armchairs. It features two bedrooms, one bath, a kitchenette, breakfast room, formal dining, and living room. With its grand bay window, the space is light, open, and harmonious. It blends timeless elegance with practicality and comfort should a guest wish to stay for more than the two-night minimum.

To see more photos and check availability, Cuvée House can be found on Airbnb.

Can't wait to welcome guests to Healdsburg Bubble Bar and Cuvée House.

Cheers -

Sarah
