British Bubbles + English Tea Bites
Join us at the Bubble Bar
Thursday, July 3rd from 4:30-7:30 pm
as we celebrate the American spirit with a nod to the British past. Discover the newest sparkling darlings of "English fizz," known for their high quality, crisp acidity, and fresh fruit flavors using traditional method and the same grape varieties as Champagne.
Pair with a selection of high tea favorites: tea sandwiches, berry scones with clotted cream, and lemon tarts with Chantilly cream from Chef Kristine Gallagher, the culinary talent behind A Savvy Kitchen based in Sonoma County.
